A simple shell script which helps the administrators to list the hardware details quickly in their servers. Just download and execute the script to produce an output similar to the below.
Note : Login as root and then execute the script to produce the full output or else you may not get the hard-disk details fully due to permission problems.
- # cd /root/
# wget http://www.gnutoolbox.com/download/linux/scripts/sysinfo.sh
# chmod 755 sysinfo.sh
#./sysinfo.sh (or) sh sysinfo.sh
You can also redirect the output to plain text or html files.
