Just an other simple shell script to change or setup the hostname for your server with cpanel / pesk /directadmin or even with no control panel (plain) server installed. Just download and execute the script and follow the instructions to setup your hostname and it will do everything for you. Ssh your server as root.

# wget http://www.gnutoolbox.com/download/linux/scripts/hostname.sh
# chmod 755 hostname.sh - #./hostname.sh
Accept the warning and follow the instruction to setup the hostname for your server. I have attached a sample sceen-caps of server running CentOS with no panel installed.
